1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 c. butter, softened
3 T. mayonnaise
2 T. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. celery salt
2 lbs. tilapia fillets

Directions:

Preheat oven broiler. Grease broiler pan or line with foil.

In bowl mix together Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season with dried basil, pepper, onion powder and celery salt. Mix well and set aside.

Arrange fillets in a single layer on the prepared pan. Broil a few inches from the heat for 2-3 mins. Flip the fillets over and broil a couple more mins. Remove fillets from oven and spread the Parmesan cheese mixture over them. Broil 2 more mins. or until the topping is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork.
