1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. beer
2 T. oil
1 1/2 lbs. thawed fish (cod/pollock/tilapia)
oil for deep frying

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt and paprika: add to mixture of beer and 2 T. oil. Blend well. Deep fry serving size pieces of fish dipped in batter.

Tartar Sauce: 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 T. chopped dill pickle, green onion and parsley.
