2 bags slaw with carrots
1 onion sliced thin
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green peppers (optional)
1 c. sugar + 2 t.
2 t. salt
3/4 c. cider vinegar
3/4 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Dump bags of slaw in big container. Add celery, onions, and green peppers on top. Sprinkle 1 c. sugar and salt over top. Mix together in saucepan and bring to boil: 2 tsp. sugar, vinegar, and oil. Pour over vegetables, cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
