1 C. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 stick margarine
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 small pkgs. chocolate instant pudding
3 cups cold milk
1 regular size container of cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Mix flour, margarine, and 3/4 cups nuts, reserving 1/4 cup. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool. Next mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar, and spread on crust. Next mix pudding and cold milk together and spread on top of the cream cheese mixture. Top with thawed cool whip and sprinkle with the remaining chopped nuts.
