10 to 12 potatoes cooked
1 stick margarine or butter
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 carton (8 oz.) sour cream
Garlic powder or garlic salt to taste
Cheddar cheese, grated
Bacon bits
Directions:
Directions:
Cream potatoes . Add first4 ingredients. Put in casserole dish. Add grated cheese and bacon bits on top. Bake about 20 minutes at 400º. This can be prepared 2 or 3 days before serving, just refrigerate. Grate as much cheese as you like.
