2 tbsp. flour
1 lb. 4 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 stick or 1/2 cup butter or margarine
4 or 5 slices fresh white bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients together. In a separate bowl, beat eggs well. Add eggs to the pineapple mixture. Pour entire mixture into a greased, 7 x 11" casserole dish.
Melt 1 stick butter or margarine. Remove the crusts from slices of white bread. Cut bread into cubes and add to the melted butter or margarine. Spread over pineapple mixture and bake at 375º for 25–35 minutes. Let stand before serving.
