2 lbs. thick cut bacon
2 lbs. Italian sausage
1 jar of your favorite BBQ sauce
1 jar of your favorite BBQ rub

Directions:
Directions:
1. With 1 lb. bacon, create a 5x5 bacon weave. Sprinkle the weave with the BBQ rub.
2. Layer the 2 lbs. of sausage on top of the weave. Try to achieve uniform thickness and reach all the edges of the weave.
3. Fry remaining lb. of bacon and crumble on top of sausage. Now drizzle the BBQ sauce over top of the crumbled bacon.
4. Roll up the sausage (and all other layers, EXCEPT the weave) into a jelly-roll sealing the edges.
5. Roll the sausage roll up in the bacon weave. Sprinkle with more rub.
6. Put in smoker at 225º until internal temp. reaches 165º. Normally this takes 1 hr. for each inch of thickness.
7. Glaze the finish product with more BBQ sauce. Slice and serve.
