3 1/2 c Bisquick (you may need less, you may need more)
2 T sugar
1 can beer (NOT the "light" beer)

Preheat oven to 400º. Pour beer into a large bowl slowly, add the sugar and mix gently. Start adding the Bisquick until you can knead it easily without sticking, be careful not to "overhandle" or the biscuits will be tough. Roll out with a rolling pin to about 1/3" to 1/2" thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter or cup. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake until golden.
