graham cracker crumbs
butter
2- oz packages of cream cheese
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 pint of sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
With butter, lightly grease sides and bottom of a spring form pan. Dust sides with graham cracker crumbs and pack the bottom of the pan 1/4 inch deep with crumbs.
Cream the cream cheese, then add the sugar and beat. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition. Add sour cream and beat. Add vanilla and beat. Put mixture in pan, making sure graham crackers stay in place. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Then open oven door a crack and turn off heat. Leave cake in the oven for one hour. Chill, preferably overnight.
