1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
2 TB vinegar
1 lb. fresh shrimp, shelled and de-veined
1/3 stick butter
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. tomato sauce
1 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry green pepper, celery, and onion in butter until soft. Add soup, undiluted, and tomato sauce, vinegar, and sugar. Simmer 15 minutes. Add shrimp and simmer all together for 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
