Personal Notes:
This is an easy, quick, crowd pleaser. My friend, Katie Hove, taught me this recipe and I have cooked it several times for parties at the VFW. EVERYONE REALLY ENJOYS IT! I have a little mexican hat with containers and fill those containers with cilantro, onion, jalapeņos, cheese, quac and sour cream (and whatever else I have in the fridge) and let everyone make their own burritos. Not only is this an easy recipe but very, very good.

I would not recommend using any chicken that is not frozen - it seems to dry out and not taste as good. GOOD EATING!!!!!!!
