6 med. Vidalia onions
4 oz. crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
1 T. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1 tsp. dried thyme
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Coat baking dish with cooking spray. Peel onions & scoop out a hole about the width of a marble and 1" deep in top of each one. Put onions in baking dish and stuff holes with the cheese. Drizzle the oil over the onions. Sprinkle with seasonings. Pour water in bottom of the dish. Cover tightly and bake 50-60 minutes. Serve immediately.
