1 box (12 oz.) fettuccine
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 cup water
6 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot, cook fettuccine per package directions. Add frozen spinach last 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain.

In same pot over medium heat, add water, cream cheese, bouillon and nutmeg; stir until cheese is melted. Add fettuccine; mix well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Can also sprinkle with Italian bread crumbs.
