1-onion,1-celery,1-peppers,salt, pepper and garlic
several green onion, mayo,creole mustard, Parmesan cheese,flour , egg, bread crumbs, large can crab meat.
Directions:
Directions:
saute the 1st 6 ingredients and cool. mix with next 4 items and add crab. make into patties. dredge in flour and dip in egg wash and pat into bread crumbs. fry into vegetable oil until brown.

egg wash is just a slightly beaten egg with a little water. you may add a little hot pepper if you want a little heat. You can bake instead of fry if you prefer. Just spead mayo over the top before baking to help with browning.
