2 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/4 cup shortening
3/4 cup 1% milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift all dry ingredients together in a favorite bowl, cut in the shortening. Add millk, moistening the flour thoroughly. Turn out on slightly floured board. Knead dough about 20 seconds, then roll to about 1/2 inch thickness. Cut biscuits and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 450º oven for 8-10 minutes.
