Ingredients:  
1 cup diced rhubarb (1/4 ish cup more won't hurt.)
1/2 cub flour
1 t.baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 chopped pecans or walnuts
1. t. vanilla
1 egg, lightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
place diced rhubarb in bowl, sprinkle flour and baking powder over top. Add sugar, nuts, vanilla and egg. Mix all together and spread in greased 9" pie plate. Bake 25-30 min. @ 350
Scoop some ice cream or whipped cream on top!
