1 T minced ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. curry posder
3 141/2 oz. cans chicken broth
2 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
1/2 C. coconut milk
1/4 C. sour cream
11/2 tsp. grated lime
1/4 C. lime juice
1/4 C. chopped green onions
3 T. chopped fresh cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Saute ginger and garlic in hot oil in heavy sauce pan
until tender. Add chicken broth and sweet potatoes;
bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer, stirring
occasionally, 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Add coconut milk and next 3 ingredients, stirring
occasionally until thoroughly heated. (Do not boil).
Remove from heat, add onions and cilantro and puree.
