1 box white cake mix,
1 can cream of coconut,
1 can Eagle Brand milk,
1 (8 ounce) carton Cool Whip,
1 (6 ounce) package coconut.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix according to directions on box. Bake in sheet pan (I use a 3qt. oblong casserole) for 25 to 30 minutes at 350º. Remove from oven and poke holes in cake with drinking straw. Pour cream of coconut on cake. Next pour Eagle Brand milk on and let set until cool. Spread Cool Whip on cake and sprinkle coconut on top.Place in refrigerator and let set for at least 24 hours before serving.
