1 c. brown sugar
1 c. melted Oleo (margarine)
2 medium eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. oatmeal
1 c. golden raisins
1 c. coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, Oleo & eggs together. Add vanilla & cinnamon. Mix in dry ingredients; add vanilla & cinnamon. Mix in dry ingredients. Add oatmeal, raisins & coconut. Make small balls & place on a greased cookie sheet.
