20 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
6 T. margarine
2 3 oz. packages vanilla instant pudding
2 c. milk
4 c. softened vanilla ice cream
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
8 oz. Cool Whip
toasted coconut (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine and add the crushed crackers and nuts. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Mix pudding and milk together, then fold in vanilla ice cream. Layer over crust in pan. Next layer pineapple over ice cream mixture. Spread Cool Whip on top and let set in the freezer. Sprinkle toasted coconut on top if desired.
