1 (1 lb. 2 oz) can tomatoes
1 (1 pint 2 oz) can tomato juice
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 dash of cayenne
1 c. raw rice
2 packages of frozen artichokes
3 c. diced turkey
1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan, saute in oil, peppers and onions; combine tomatoes, juice, salt, garlic powder and cayenne. Stir in rice. Cover and bring to a boil. Add artichokes, turkey and olives. Turn into 3 qt. greased casserole. Bake covered 1 1/2 hours at 350º. Stir occasionally and garnish with more stuffed olives if you wish.
