1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed & drained
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 T. plain yogurt or sour cream
1 T. chili powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place beans in medium bowl; mash with fork or potato masher until almost smooth, leaving some beans in larger pieces. Stir in flour, cilantro, yogurt, chili powder and garlic. Shape bean mixture into 8 patties. Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Cook patties 6-8 minutes until lightly browned, turning once. Serve with fresh salad and Spanish rice for dinner, or as an appetizer with salsa, guacamole & sour cream.
