1 ˝ tsp. dark sesame oil
3 c. snow peas (8 oz.)
1 tsp. minced peeled fresh ginger
2 TB low-sodium soy sauce
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add peas and ginger. Sauté 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in soy sauce and pepper. Yield: 4 servings.
