2 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 c. flour
4 eggs, beaten
pinch of salt
2 c. sugar
3 c. cream
5 c. ground horseradish
Directions:
Directions:
Heat vinegar and water in pot. Add flour, egg, sugar and salt to cream. Cook well and watch for scorching. Pour over ground horseradish. Mix until well blended. Pour into small sealers and store in freezer. Makes approx. 5 pints.
