1/4 CUP ITIALIAN SEASONIG
1/3 CUP CRUSHED RED PEPPER

FIRST IN A MEDIUM SIZE BOWL MIX ALL SEASONINGS UNTIL WELL BLENDED.NEXT MIX GROUND CHUCK AND GROUND SAUSAGE TOGETHER UNTIL WEEL BLENDED.NEXT MIX THE MEAT MIXTURE TOGETHER WIH ALL THE SEASONINGS UNTIL WELL BLENDED TOGETHER. NEXT WITH YOUR HANDS SCOOP OUT A LARGE HANDFUL OF THE MEAT MIXTURE AND FORM INTO A PATTY,REPEAT THIS UNTIL YOU HAVE ABOUT 16 OR 17 PATTIES.NEXT IN EACH PATTY STUFF A CUBE OF THE MOZZERELLA CHEESE AND GRILL ON MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL DONE.
