½ cup milk
¼ cup cooking oil
1-1/2 cups flour
½ cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup fresh blueberries or peaches

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg; stir in milk and oil. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center. Add the egg mixture and stir just until moistened. (The batter will be lumpy.) Stir in the desired fruit. Line muffin pans with paper liners; fill 2/3 full. Bake in 375º oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until the muffins are slightly golden.
