1 8-10 LB TOP ROUND ROAST
8 CLOVES OF GARLIC(WHOLE)
1 BUNCH FRESH BASIL(TORE)3
1 BUNCH FRESH DILL(CHOPPED)
1 LRG CAN BEEF STOCK
2 PKG LIPTON ONION SOUP(DRY)

FIRST PREHEAT OVEN TO 350º THEN PLACE BEEF ROAST ON A LARGE CUTTING BOARD AND MAKE 8 SLITS ABOUT 2 INCHES DEEP ALL AROUND THE ROAST.ONCE YOU HAVE MADE THE SLITS STUFF EACH SLIT WITH A CLOVE OF GARLIC AND A MIXTURE OF THE HERBS.PLACE THE ROAST IN A LARGE ROASTING PAN POUR THE DRY PACKS OF LIPTON ONION SOUP OVER THE ROAST AND THEN POUR THE BEEF STOCK OVER THE ROAST.PLACE IN THE 350º OVEN AND BAKE FOR 3 1/2 HOURS UNTIL THE ROAST IS COOKED THROUGH SERVE WITH CORN BREAD AND VEGATABLES.
