1 lb ground beef or lamb
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. fresh parsley or 1 TB dry
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 medium chopped onion
1 TB snipped mint leaves
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. crushed dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:

Mix ingredients and shape into 1-inch balls. Place meatballs on ungreased cookie sheet and bake uncovered at 350º until brown (20 minutes).
