1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Filling:
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, set aside. Melt together chips, butter and sweetened condensed milk. Stir in vanilla and salt. Spread 2/3 crust mixture in bottom of greased 11x15 jellyroll pan. Pour chocolate mixture over. Dot with remaining oatmeal mixture. Bake at 350º for 15 to 25 minutes or until nicely browned.
