4 c. warm water
4 Tbsp. yeast
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. salt
4 eggs
12 c. flour (approximately)

Directions:
Directions:
Take 2 cups of water and add yeast, let set a few minutes.

Combine all ingredients to make a sticky dough. Let rise. Punch down once. Make into rolls and let rise until about double in size. Bake 15-17 minutes at 350º. Makes about 80 rolls.
