1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, diced fine
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
salt and pepper
1 can (31 oz.) refried beans
1 can (4 oz.) chopped chilies
2-1/2 cups shredded aged cheddar cheese
1 small bottle taco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onions; drain. Add salt, pepper and taco seasoning; mix. Spread refried beans over bottom of 13 x 9" pan. Layer in order over beans: chilies, cheese and taco sauce.

Bake uncovered at 400º for 30 minutes. Serve with taco chips and cold beer!
