2 Pounds Ground Beef
1 Medium Onion, Chopped
2 Small Cans Jalapeno Peppers
1 Can Creamed Corn
1 Can Chicken Noodle Soup
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
4 Cups Velveeta Cheese, Shredded
1 Bag Flour Tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onions and peppers. Cook until done and onion is tender. Add corn and soups; simmer for 15 minutes. Layer bottom of casserole pan with tortillas. Cover with cheese. Spoon meat mixture evenly over cheese. Repeat layers until you have reached top of pan. Cover top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes.
