1 lb of filet mignon
3 tps flour
1 cup milk
salt
pepper
some paprika
1 cup beans
2 medium sized tomatoes
1 small onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the beef in small pieces and fry them till light brown. Put the beans in a pan with water and let them boil till tender. Cut the tomatoes in small pieces and add them to the beans with the chopped onion and the spices. Add the meat and let it all simmer for about an hour.
Combine the milk and flour and stir it in with the stew to get an even mixture. Let the dish continue to simmer for about half an hour while stirring occasionally. Bon Appetite.
