Thin sliced baby lamb chops
House Seasoning (see Marinades and Rubs)
BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's or other)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill (or broiler if cooking indoors)
Sprinkle House Seasoning on each lamb chop
Lightly baste each side with BBQ Sauce
Grill for about 3 minutes per side
