2 (15 oz. each) Cynch Corn Bread Mix
1/2 c. oil
1 small can creamed corn
2 c. milk
1 small can (4 oz.) Diced Ortega Jalapeņo Peppers
3 eggs
3 T. sugar
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 425.
Heat 9 X 14 pan in oven with 1 T. oil.
Mix together all ingredients. Do not over mix. Pour into the hot pan. Bake for 20-30 minutes.

This recipe comes from Nathan's Great Grandma Anderson who is originally from Arkansas. It is delicious, but be aware that the jalapeņos make it very "hot!"
