1 MEDIUM RED ONION(MINCED)
1 CLOVE GARLIC(MINCED)
6 TBSP SMOKED PAPRIKA

FIRST BOIL THE EGGS UNTIL HARD,THEN DESHELL AND LET COOL.NEXT CUT THE EGGS IN HALF SCOOPING THE INSIDE INTO A BOWL,NEXT ADD THE MUSTARD,MAYONAISE,ONION,GARLIC AND 2 TBSP OF THE PAPRIKA TOGETHER,MIX UNTIL BLENDED WELL.NEXT WITH A TSP SCOOP MIXTURE BACK INTO THE EGG WHITES SPRINKLE THE REMAINING PAPRIKA OVER THE TOP AND CHILL IN THE FRIDGE FOR 2 HRS.GREAT APPETIZER AT ANY BBQ.
