2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
4 T. oil
2 T. flour
3 green onions chopped
1 c. liquid from broccoli
grated cheddar cheese
3 eggs slightly beaten
salt

Directions:
Directions:
cook broccoli according to directions. Drain; reserve liquid. Melt oleo, put in onions and cook a few minutes. Add flour and stir; add liquid. Add cheese and stir in cooked broccoli. Add eggs and put in casserole dish.
Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes Put some cracker crumbs on top.
