Ingredients:  
1 top round steak, 1 inch thick or flank steak (approx. 1-1/2 to 2 lbs.)
Marinade:
1 C. prepared teriyaki marinade
1/2 C. chopped onion
1/3 C. honey
1/3 C. orange juice
1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
1 Tbs. dark sesame oil
1 large clove garlic, crushed

Combine all marinade ingredients, adding pepper as desired; whisk until blended. Remove and reserve 3/4 C. marinade. Place meat in remaining marinade, turning to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator 6 to 8 hours. Remove steak from marinade and discard marinade. Grill over medium heat, uncovered for 16 to 18 minutes (flank steak 17 to 21 minutes) for medium rare to medium doneness; turning once and brushing occasionally with reserved marinade. Bring remaining marinade to a boil. Carve steak across the grain into thin slices. Spoon hot marinade over beef, as desired.
