3 LARGE SLICER TOMATOES(DICED)
1 LARGE RED ONION(DICED)
2 CLOVES OF GARLIC(DICED)
2 LARGE RED BELL PEPPERS
2 TBSP. OF ITALIAN SEASONING
2 TBSP. OF GARLIC POWDER
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTER
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL FOR SAUTE

IN A LARGE SKILLET SAUTE ONION UNTIL TRANSLUCENT ABOUT 5 MIN THEN ADD GARLIC AND SAUTE FOR ANOTHER 5 MIN THEN ADD BELL PEPPERS AND SAUTE FOR ANOTHER 5 MIN.THEN ADD BEANS,THE CORN,ITALIAN SEASONING,GARLIC POWDER AND CONTINUE TO SAUTE FOR ABOUT 25 MINUTES MORE UNTIL MIXTURE IS WELL BLENDED AND THE CORN IS COOKED THROUGH.ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE AND SERVE AS A SIDE DISH.
