3 oz. pkg. lemon gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
4 large eggs
1/4 c. vegetable oil
18 oz. box lemon cake mix
6 oz.can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Preheat over to 300º. Grease a 10-inch tube pan, or angel food cake pan, and line bottom with wax paper. Set aside.
In small bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. place in refrigerator to cool for 10-15 minutes.
In large bowl, beat eggs well. Add oil and cooled gelatin mixture to eggs. Add cake mix and beat with electric mixer until smooth; no lumps remain.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 70 minutes, or until cake tests done.
Put thawed undiluted lemonade in a bowl and mix well with powdered sugar. While cake is still hot and in the pan, pour icing all over the top. Refrigerate at least 1 hour and serve cold.
