1-3/4 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1/3 c. melted butter
(5) 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
3 T. all-purpose flour
1 T. pure vanilla extract
3 large eggs
8 oz. sour cream

Mix crushed vanilla wafers & melted butter. Press crumb mixture into bottom and 1-1/2 inches up sides of a lightly greased 9-inch springform pan.
Bake crust @ 350º for 10 minutes; cool on wire rack.
Beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add sugar, flour and vanilla, beating until blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until blended after each addition. Add sour cream and beat until blended. Pour mixture into the prepared crust.
Bake @ 350º for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is almost set. Remove cheesecake from over; cool on wire rack. Cover and chill 8 hours.
Gently run a knife around edge of cheesecake, and release sides of pan.
