4 CLOVES OF GARLIC (MINCED)
16OZ OF FRESHLY GRATED PARMESIAN CHEESE
2 STICKS OF UNSALTED BUTTER
1-1 1/2 CUPS OF MILK
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

FIRST IN A LARGE POT OF BOILING WATER ADD CUT UP POTATOES AND BOIL UNTIL FORK TENDER,THEN DRAIN AND LET SIT FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES UNTIL THERE IS NO MORE STEAM COMING OFF OF THEM.THEN ADD GARLIC,CHEESE,BUTTER,MILK,AND SALT AND PEPER,SMASH WITH A POTATOE SMASHER UNTIL SMOOTH. GOES GREAT WITH ABOUT ANY MEAL
