1 large can crushed pineapple, drain well (save)
add juice to 1/2 c. sugar, 2 well beaten eggs, 2 Tbsp. flour & a pinch of salt.

Cook in top of double boiler (or heavy sauce pan) until thick. Cool.

Cook 1/2 pkg. Saladettes ring macaroni. Cook, rinse & cool according to directions on pkg.

Drain 1 can mandarin oranges & cut in half.

1/2 pkg. miniature, colored marshmallows.

Mix fruit, marshmallows & macaroni together.

Whip 1 c. cream (or Rich Whip). Add to cooled, cooked mixture. Pour over fruit, mix together & let set 24 hours in frig.

For more color, add a couple drops of red food color when cooking macaroni rings. Makes a large recipe
