2 2-lb. Beef Tri tips (culottes)
1 1/4 c. beef broth
2/3 c. lime juice
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. ground cumin
3 T. ground coriander
5 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Makes about 2 1/4 cups. Remove all fat and connective tissue from tri-tips. Place tri-tips in glass baking dish; pour marinade over and cover. Refrigerate at least 6 hours, no longer than 24 hours. Remove tri-tips from marinade. Barbecue over medium-hot coals, turning occasionally, about 35 minutes for rare or until desired. Brush tri-tips with oil frequently while barbecuing. To serve, cut tri-tips across the grain into thin slices. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Serves 12.
