2 1/4 cups kosher-for-passover powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 cup unsweetenede cocoa
2 T matzo meal (or flour)
1/8 tsp salt
3 lg egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extrac
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Preheat oven 325º,
Combine first 4 ingredients in a lg bowl, stir with whisk, add egg whites, 1 at a time, beating with mixer at med speed until combined, scrape bowl occassionally. Add vanilla, beat well, fold in pecans. Drop by spoonful 2 inches apart onto baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake 15 min. Edges will be dry, centers soft. Remove with spatula, cool.............enjoy, makes approx 2 doz
