4 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 c butter, melted
3/4 c sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 c all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the bananas and butter together in large bowl. Next add sugar, egg and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix baking soda, salt and flour together. Slowly add the flour mixture into the large bowl with the banana mixture.
Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
