1 pkg Wonton skins
1 1/2 head lettuce (try European blend)
4 chicken breasts
4-6 green onions chopped (optional)
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 (6 1/2oz) can water chestnuts, diced (optional)
2-4 tbsp almonds, chopped or slivered (optional)
1 can mandarin oranges (optional)
rice sticks (optional)

Chicken Marinade:
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oil
7 up

Polynesian Salad Dressing:
4 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 tsp sesame seed oil

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and shred chicken breasts. If using marinated chicken, marinate for 1/2-2 hours. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes, chop after cooked and cooled. Fry wonton skins. Combine all ingredients add wontons and dressing right before serving.
