Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 16 oz bow tie pasta (cooked to the way you like it)
1 lb bacon fried and crumbled
1 small red onion
3 hard boiled eggs(diced)
Mayonnaise (to taste)
Ranch dressing (to taste)
1/2 cup dill pickle relish

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta to your liking and bacon too. Mix ingredients together. I just eyeball the mayo and ranch till it is moist and your taste really. We like to eat it warm but it is good cold too.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You can substitute roasted potatoes (for warm potato salad) instead of pasta. Just quarter red potatoes about 2 lbs (wash them and leave skins on) poor olive oil on them and season with salt and pepper and roast in oven till golden brown. Mix the other ingredients in and serve warm! I came up with this because I did not like traditional potato salad.
