1 uncooked package skinless, boneless chicken tenders (about 7 tenders)
2 beaten eggs

Sauce
1 cup sugar (substitute 1/2 - 2/3 cup Agave)
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp soy sauce (substitute 1/2 tbsp Braggs Aminos + 1/2 tbsp water)
2 tbsp accent (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in eggs, then coat in flour. Fry chicken in oil until brown. Place in baking pan.

Mix remaining ingredients and heat sauce mixture until sugar is dissolved. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Halfway through cooking time, turn over chicken.

Great to double the sauce! Serve with Ham Fried Rice. Try with any sauce. Substitute sauce with bbq or teriaki, cook the same.
