1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 chopped green pepper
2 cups cubed ham
1 9 oz can of pineapple tidbits
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
1/8 tsp pepper
3/4 cup water
1 1/3 cup rice
1/8 tsp ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/2 butter in skillet. Add green pepper and ham, cook for 5 minutes.

Drain pineapple, reserving liquid. Mix liquid and next 6 ingredients. Stir into ham mixture, cook stirring until thickened. Add pineapple.

Prepare rice, add remaining butter and cloves. Pour ham mixture over rice
